From standard CNC tooling to a defined special tool.
Our capabilities stay focused on machining tooling and custom-manufactured tools, with specification driven by the application.
A focused set of tooling capabilities.
Our capabilities are centred on CNC machining tooling and custom-manufactured tools. We work with application details, drawings and component requirements to define an appropriate tooling approach.
The emphasis is on clear specification, practical manufacturability and a route that makes commercial sense for the requirement.
Technical feasibility and final specification are confirmed during quotation. Where a requirement sits outside the agreed tooling scope, we will not present it as a standard capability.
Milling tooling
Solid and indexable CNC milling-tool configurations for common machining operations.
Drilling & reaming
Standard and special drilling or reaming concepts, including custom geometry where appropriate.
Turning & boring
Toolholder and insert-based configurations for external turning and internal boring operations.
Special form tooling
Custom tools developed around an agreed profile, feature or component requirement.
Made-to-drawing enquiries
Tooling discussions supported by customer drawings or other dimensional information where available.
Repeat specifications
Once a custom requirement is agreed, the specification can provide a clearer basis for future repeat enquiries.
A special tool should solve a specific machining problem.
The useful starting point is the component feature, material, machine context and any dimensional information that defines the requirement. From there, the tooling route can be discussed without assuming a standard answer will fit.
